Nick Singer graduated with honors from The University of San Diego School of Law. During law school, Nick interned for Sony Electronics, Inc. at their U.S. headquarters and spent his summers working as a summer associate at two of San Diego’s top litigation law firms — Procopio LLP, an AmLaw top rated full-service business and litigation law firm, and Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek LLP, a nationally known real estate litigation and transactions law firm. After graduating cum laude from law school and passing the State Bar of California, Nick secured a position as an anti-trust and securities litigation associate in San Francisco at Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro, founded by one of the lead attorneys in the famous tobacco litigation cases. Nick focused on litigating nuanced stock fraud cases against the likes of BlackRock Global Investments, Sempra Energy, Theranos and its founder Elizabeth Holmes, and numerous other publicly traded companies.

During his time litigating, Nick became passionate about leading plaintiffs and defendants toward resolution as opposed to further litigation. Nick eventually left the Bay Area to assume the position of General Counsel at Screen Engine/ASI, an entertainment marketing research firm. After serving as General Counsel and overseeing both internal legal functions and outside Counsel work, Nick attained education and certification as a court-appointed mediator and provided pro bono hours to the Los Angeles County Court system to further the reach of mediation in the greater Los Angeles community. Nick’s focus on these cases along with his prior firm experience led him to start his own practice, integrating his background in complex civil litigation, in-house corporate experience, and his passion for resolving legal disputes.
